Hi, there!

My name is Polina and welcome to my web site. I am a Master’s student at the University of British Columbia doing research under supervision of Prof. Leonid Sigal. I am a member of Laboratory for Computational Intelligence (LCI) and my research interests include Generative Models and Deep Learning for applications such as Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. In past I have done two internships at Google, internship at EPFL under supervision Prof. Paolo Ienne and I worked as a reseach assistant at the University of Luxembourg under supervision of Research Scientist Jun Pang. During my undergradute studies at the Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University I worked on Error Correction Codes.

This summer I will be joining as an intern Google AI Translate team.
